Relocation Assessment

Once we have met with your company, we provide you with a report of our findings. Similar to an energy audit on your home, we look for areas where revenue, morale, and efficiency may be slowly leaking out, causing unnecessary frustration and lost capital. What opportunities are you missing out on? Where can you save money? Which areas do not provide a benefit to the bottom line? Often simple adjustments to process and communication leave you and your team with more room and energy to pursue exciting projects and goals.

A culmination of the evaluation and report, the Focus Blueprint® is your company’s recommended relocation plan of attack. The blueprint is designed to encompass all aspects of a well-implemented relocation strategy, including Marketing, HR, Finance, and of course Talent Acquisition.

The Focus Blueprint® will also include recommended vendors, if requested. Focus Relocation LLC only recommends vendors who have survived our intensive vetting process, and are deemed Collaborative Alliances. By partnering with these companies great benefits accrue to you, our client and customer. These companies are accountable to us to do an exceptional job. If they fail to perform, they are automatically removed from our recommended list.
