The Agent Advisory, LLC was formed by Jill Heineck, an accomplished real estate veteran and relocation specialist. After many years of helping her clients sell or buy their homes in order to relocate with their jobs, Jill recognized a need to help organizations understand the critical role Realtor®s play in the on- boarding process. The agent’s role is 10-fold, beginning with the first impression of the Company, to the introduction to the new city, to the off-loading of inventory costs. With over 60% of her annual business in service of relocating buyers and sellers over the past 12 years, Jill is a seasoned professional in the world of relocation. During her career, Jill has made it her mission to make the relocation process as simple and smooth as possible for the transferees, as well as the corporate client. This experience has lead her to not only perfect her own team’s service, but also launch The Agent Advisory to help organizations across the nation create blueprints for improved service delivery, credible agent selection processes, and stronger agent accountability systems.
