Focus Relocation LLC was born out of an overwhelming desire to re-connect companies with the human aspect of relocation. After many years as her clients’ real estate relocation specialist, founder Jill Heineck recognized a need to help organizations understand the critical role relocation plays in attracting and on-boarding top talent.

With over 12 years as an accomplished real estate professional specializing in corporate relocation, Jill brings a unique perspective and experience to all aspects of relocation working with HR departments, executive search firms, HR Consultancies, as well as third-party relocation management companies, to incorporate relocation as a vital key business strategy.

Recognized by Georgia Real Estate Commission as an Associate Broker, Jill has compiled significant career achievements across the full spectrum of residential real estate and relocation. In June 2010, Jill earned the prestigious CRP® accreditation (Certified Relocation Professional) through the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC).

Jill is founder & Chief Relocation Officer of Focus Relocation LLC, an independent professional services provider specializing in Relocation Strategy Planning & Consulting, Real Estate Policy Consulting, and Relocation Transition Consulting as it relates to talent acquisition and employee on-boarding. In tandem with establishing Focus Relocation LLC, Jill works with families relocating in and out of the Metro Atlanta area with major corporations, large law firms, and international consultancies alike. She has successfully dealt with a wide variety of administrative, professional, legal, and management personnel from entry level to C-level.

Jill serves as PR Chair for the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) – Atlanta Chapter, and will be serving as a 2011 Editorial committee member for the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC)’s trade magazine, Mobility. She is a member of Mobility Leader, National Association of Realtors, Georgia Association of Realtors, and serves on the Member Services committee of the Atlanta Board of Realtors (ABR). She is also frequent contributor in Mobility, the relocation industry’s leading trade publication, as well as SHRM-Atlanta’s monthly e-newsletter, eHuman Resource.

Jill has served on the Board of the Buckhead Business Association since 2004, and currently serves as the VP of the Education Alliance. She is the immediate past president of ProWIN, the Professional Women’s Information Network. She is an active volunteer with Junior Achievement of Georgia.
